Job Description Job Description A growing company is seeking a
hands-on Cash Application Supervisor to own day-to-day cash posting
and reconciliation in a high-volume, multi-entity environment.
You'll guide a small team and nearshore/offshore partners to ensure
every inbound dollar is applied accurately and on time, while
reducing unapplied cash and strengthening controls that feed
month-end reporting. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end posting for all
payment channels: lockbox, ACH, wire, card, and other e-payments
Oversee daily bank activity and clearing; drive timely
reconciliations and issue resolution Monitor and shrink unapplied
cash through root-cause analysis and corrective action plans Set
team SLAs/KPIs; coach analysts (onshore & offshore/nearshore) for
consistency and quality Partner with AR/Credit, Sales/Branch Ops,
and Treasury to resolve exceptions and improve the payer experience
Prepare dashboards and trend metrics for AR leadership; support
audits and close activities Identify automation and process
improvements across ERP and payment platforms What You'll Bring 5
years in Accounts Receivable with an emphasis on cash application
in high-volume settings 2 years leading teams or workstreams (
people leadership of nearshore/offshore resources is strongly
preferred ) Proven expertise with lockbox , ACH/wire , card
payments, and bank reconciliations ERP proficiency (experience with
modern ERPs such as NetSuite/Oracle/MS Dynamics or similar) Working
knowledge of internal controls (SOX preferred) and audit support
Strong Excel/reporting skills; comfort with KPI ownership and
continuous improvement Degree helpful but not required Pay Details:
