Worth, Frisco, and Southlake, Texas.Top Reasons to Work with Us- 2 Days in office- Fully Paid Medical/Dental/Vision- Clear Pathway to Partnership- Profit Sharing- 2 bonuses per yearKey Responsibilities:- Assumes the responsibility for the smooth flow of tax returns.- Delegates work, supervise seniors and tax staff, provide feedback to them, and evaluate their progress.- Acts as director-in-charge for personal and business clients.- Acts as a key client contact person for various engagements.- Prepares the most complex tax returns.- Approves all returns with the exception of those dealing with specialized issues that require the expertise of another firm professional.- Acts as a resource for tax staff, senior tax accountants, and tax supervisors.- Prepares projections and becomes involved in planning for more complex clients.- Becomes involved in tax planning for client situations of varying levels of complexity.Qualifications:- At least 3 - 5+ year of experience as a Tax Manager- Four or more years of full-time experience in accounting or tax return preparation.- CPA certification- Experience in Construction, Medical, and Real Estate experience (others will work as well)BenefitsCompetitive Base Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 (DOE)Employer Sponsored Health/Medical/Dental401k w/ Match + Profit SharingClear Path to PartnershipPTO2 Days in OfficeApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Preferred SkillsTax ManagerCPAmanager tax
