Job Description Job Description A fast-growing, Dallas Jewelry Brand is searching for a high energy and highly creative Content Creator to join their team. The perfect Candidate will have 2-3 years of experience and can showcase their storytelling skills and experience through their portfolio. 100% In Office M-F with a Great Company Culture This is a production-driven role, not a slow, agency-style creative position. Speed, volume, and reliability matter. What You Will Own 1. Daily Content Production Create a steady stream of: Short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) Lifestyle photography Product photography Graphic overlays and simple motion This content will be used across: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook Email and SMS Paid ads (Meta, Google) Website (PDPs, banners, homepage) Wholesale sell sheets and line lists 2. Campaign & Launch Support Produce assets for major brand moments including: Product launches Seasonal campaigns Direct mail tie-ins Influencer shoots Retail and wholesale presentations Fast turnaround is critical and you will often be producing and delivering assets within 24–72 hours. 3. Social-First Video You will: Shoot and edit vertical video natively for TikTok and Instagram Produce lifestyle, product, and talking-head content Track platform trends and formats Deliver multiple versions for testing and optimization This role is about volume and iteration, not one perfect hero video. 4. Ad Creative Support Create: Paid social thumbnails, statics, and videos Creative variations for A/B testing Rapid-turn ad refreshes as performance shifts You will work closely with paid media to keep creative fresh and effective. 5. Brand & Storytelling Bring the brand to life through: Visual affirmations and rituals Lifestyle storytelling Product meaning, not just product images What Were Looking For Comfortable shooting and editing on both iPhone and a mirrorless camera Ability to shoot clean product and lifestyle content Fast, organized, and deadline-driven Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly Self-directed, reliable, and professional We value execution and consistency over fancy résumés.
