Job Description Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Airframe &
Powerplant Mechanic - is responsible for the day-to-day aircraft
maintenance activities, including aircraft preservation and letter
checks. This is an experienced-level position that reports to the
Lead A&P in the Maintenance Department. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND
RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Reads, understands and
interprets applicable maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and
other specifications to determine feasibility and method of
repairing and /or replacing components. Replaces or repairs worn or
damaged components. Assumes responsibility for establishing and
maintaining good communications, coordination, and working
relations with Company personnel and management. Assumes
responsibility for ensuring that Aircraft Maintenance functions are
completed in accordance with Federal regulations as well as Company
policies and procedures. Assumes responsibility for related duties
as required or assigned. Performs storage requirements, to include
servicing, lubrication and inspection of airframe in accordance
with applicable maintenance manuals. Diagnoses and troubleshoots
aircraft systems in order to determine cause of defect. Performs
aircraft rigging requirements per applicable maintenance manuals
when applicable Familiar with aircraft Illustrated Parts Breakdown
for identifying replacement materials and components. Operates
Ground Support Equipment necessary for completing assigned task.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent 4 years
experience in aircraft maintenance or modification OR Valid “A”
license 2 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance or modification
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education received from an FAA approved
aircraft maintenance and mechanic training program Commercial
aircraft maintenance or modification experience GEN-FAM for B767,
B777, B787

POSITION SUMMARY: The Avionics Technician is responsible for
testing, installing, replacing, or repairing electrical wiring
and/or cable on aircraft. This is an experienced-level position
that has no direct reports and reports to the Supervisor of
Maintenance in the Avionics Department. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND
RESPONSIBILITIES : Perform such typical maintenance functions as
cabling, component removal/installation, wire harness
removal/installation, fabrication/repair of wire harness
assemblies, and continuity checks. Determine if work can safely be
accomplished if aircraft is in a power-on mode and be able to
conduct necessary testing if in a power-on mode. Fabricate and
install all wiring assemblies and associated mechanical equipment.
Remove and install avionics systems. Follow all applicable
specifications to accomplish a specific task. Follow Customer
aircraft maintenance documentation programs. Follow wiring
diagrams, engineering drawings, Illustrated Parts Catalog, ATA
Codes, Service Bulletins and Maintenance Manuals. Read electrical
schematics and use them to troubleshoot and repair aircraft
avionics systems. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Be
familiar with ESD, EWIS processes and requirements Follow all
safety procedures and specifications with appropriate PPE. Execute
all required paperwork as work is being completed in connection
with assigned normal duties. Use and operate ground support
equipment, as applicable and if qualified, in a safe manner.
Complete assignments with little or no rework. Act as a mentor and
help train less experienced avionics technicians. Interface
effectively with members of management, other departments, and
co-workers. Perform other work as instructed by the Avionics Lead
or Maintenance Supervisor, if qualified. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent. Must provide own tools as
indicated on company tool list. Language (read, write, speak, and
understand English). Eighteen (18) months or more of experience
troubleshooting and effecting Avionics repairs on Military,
Commercial transport aircraft Minimum visual acuity of 20/40
corrected. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: FAA Airframe and Powerplant or
FAA Airframe certificate. FCC License. SUCCESS FACTORS/JOB
COMPETENCIES : Advanced knowledge of aircraft avionics and
electrical systems. Advanced knowledge and ability to perform all
avionics/electrical functional testing. Advanced knowledge of
blueprint reading. Advanced knowledge of tools and test equipment.
Advanced knowledge of vendor fault isolation procedures. Knowledge
of avionics/electrical troubleshooting techniques/procedures.
Quality orientated. Well organized and attentive to detail.
Willingness to assist others. Ability to closely follow written and
verbal instructions. Ability to work with limited supervision of
assigned tasks. Must be able to understand, read, write and speak
Standard English, including technical, aircraft maintenance related
vocabulary, for technical and general work correspondence. Must be
able to adhere to all established safety policies, processes and
procedures.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for
all inspections performed to ensure compliance to approved data,
Federal Aviation Regulations, the RSQCM, and/or data acceptable to
the administrator. This is an experienced-level position with no
supervisory responsibilities that reports to the Chief Inspector.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures that no defective,
unserviceable or un-airworthy parts are used on any components or
articles released by Aspire. Ensures all fabricated parts are
labeled and identified properly. Inspects work performed to ensure
compliance. Performs receiving inspection functions as authorized
and prescribed in the RSQCM. Accomplishes all necessary inspections
of articles maintained by the repair station to ensure overall
quality of workmanship and material used in the fabrication
process. Notifies the Quality Control Supervisory Personnel in a
timely manner of any quality concerns and items related to
airworthiness that are not resolved through the normal course of
the day; These items may be communicated by email, voice mail or
documented in the Shift Turnover Log. Quality Control Inspectors
will ensure that quality concerns and items related to
airworthiness are addressed and tracked until resolution.
Coordinates with the Inspection Supervisory Personnel to determine
daily priorities of required inspection items. Demonstrates a
thorough familiarity with all applicable FARs, company, and
customer manuals applicable to their work assignments. Demonstrates
a thorough familiarity with all necessary tooling, inspection aids
and techniques to accomplish assigned tasks. Ensures all
maintenance and alterations that are performed by the repair
station are in compliance to the applicable technical data. When
Aspire MRO requires working multiple shift operations Aspire MRO
supervisory personnel shall ensure the Shift Turnover Report
(PD-Form-3) clearly communicates any pertinent information and
maintain communication and continuity from shift to shift. Ensures
that the turnovers are completed post shift (all Shifts) and filed
daily. Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High
School Diploma or equivalent Airframe & Power Plant license 5 years
of related heavy maintenance experience on commercial aircraft
(B737, B747, B757, B777, A330, etc.) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: FAR
145 Quality Control Maintenance knowledge or experience WORK

POSITION SUMMARY: The Structures Mechanic performs modification as
approved by locating, drilling and installation of structure
components using close tolerance tools and measurements as depicted
in engineering drawings within the aircraft. Performs repairs
following approved data to structural components. ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Perform structural modifications
and repairs following drawings, process specs, approved/accepted
data as assigned. Provide Structural assistance to other
departments as directed by Supervisors and Leads. Inspect,
overhaul, repair, modify, and troubleshoot airframe structural
parts, and components. Follow all applicable specifications to
accomplish a specific task. Maintain a clean and safe working
environment. Maintain EWIS protection during all structural
removals and installs. Perform work within estimated hours. Execute
all required paperwork as work is completed in connection with
assigned normal duties. Use and operate ground support equipment,
as applicable and if qualified, in a safe manner. Complete
assignments in accordance with the instructions for continued
airworthiness. Interface effectively with members of management,
other departments, and co-workers. Perform other work as instructed
by the Structures Lead or Maintenance Supervisor, if qualified.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent.
Eighteen (18) months or more of aircraft structural overhaul
experience. Must provide own tools as required on company tool
list. Language (read, write, speak, and understand English).
Subject to noises more than 85 dbs. Minimum visual acuity of 20/40
corrected. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: FAA Airframe and Powerplant or
FAA Airframe certificate Additional related education and/or
training.
