Specifically, over the past 2 years alone, we've grown our team by 40% and are continuing to have this growth in 2026 with multiple upcoming fully funded, mission-critical projects. Specifically, we are recognized for our work in the Aviation and Data Center space, but also have our hands in a multitude of large-scale Commercial projects in other industries (Amusement Parks, Educational, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Telecommunications, to name a few). Outside of this, we also handle the occasional Industrial & Government projects as well. In terms of size, our projects range from renovation to new build with costs anywhere from $10M-300M. Why Work With Us: A culture built on collaboration, respect, and professional growth Strong work-life balance and a supportive team environment (including remote flexibility) Opportunities to lead project teams and shape engineering solutions Long-term stability with a history of steady organic growth for the past 20 years Mentorship-focused environment with a clear path to increased leadership responsibility Opportunity to work on complex, mission-critical, and innovative new construction & renovation projects What You’ll Be Doing: Leading electrical design for complex commercial facilities Developing conceptual designs, construction drawings, specifications, and energy models Coordinating with mechanical, plumbing, and other design disciplines Communicating with clients to understand project goals and provide technical guidance Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards, budgets, and schedules What We’re Looking For: At least 5-7 years of experience in Electrical Engineering Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (or similar) PE license (or working towards obtaining this) Experience designing electrical systems and coordinating with multiple disciplines Ability to manage client expectations, lead design efforts, and guide technical direction Strongly preferred but not required - Revit or AutoCAD Exp.
