relentless focus on customer success. Role Overview The Fabrication
Supervisor supervises a team of welders and fabricators who work on
the necessary component parts of a piping fabrication that supports
the organization’s production goals and objectives while meeting
and/or exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities · Directs
entire fabrication production workflow and maintains fabrication
worker schedules and coverage. · Reads and oversees interpretations
of blueprints and drawings to build designed fabrications. ·
Demonstrates understanding of core welding technologies and
educates team. · Enforces established safety guidelines, promotes a
safe workplace, and performs weekly safety meetings. · Identifies,
documents, and implements opportunities for continuous improvement.
· Maintains a working knowledge of all operating systems pertaining
to the work area. · Performs additional duties as assigned or
required. Lead Responsibilities · Leading and motivating the team
to achieve performance goals. · Setting clear objectives and
expectations for team members. · Providing coaching, support, and
feedback to enhance team performance. · Ensuring projects are
completed on time and within budget. · Acting as a liaison between
upper management and staff. · Analyzing performance metrics and
identifying areas for improvement. · Implementing strategic
initiatives to achieve organizational goals. · Machine maintenance
and repair. · Addresses personnel issues with management and
fosters a positive work environment. Requirements: High School
Diploma or GED Required, College Degree preferred. Previous
Forklift certification preferred. Certified in GMAW or FCAW ASME IX
required. GTAW ASME IX preferred. 3 or more years of fabrication
supervision experience in the same or similar industry required. 1
or more years successfully supervising a team of 5 to 15 employees.
Computer literate; Proficient with MS Office 365. Ability to
effectively communicate [written and verbal]. Thrives in a
collaborative team environment. Detailed oriented work style
comfortable with multiple priorities being juggled while
maintaining a consistent work approach. Physical requirements:
Lift/push/pull 50 lbs., bend twist, stand for extended periods of
time. Climb and reach for items, use overhead crane, forklift, and
endure frequent exposure to outside weather conditions. Ability to
pass a background check, MVR check, and drug test. Benefits We're
