a responsible energy economy. Essential Functions: Manage and train
a team of security personnel. Recruit, interview, and schedule
security personnel. Conduct safety inspections while monitoring
security systems. Provide coaching, recognition and discipline
within approved empowerment range. Act as a liaison between site
supervisors, managers, and security officers. Respond to
emergencies. Investigate incidents. Ensure adherence to established
security policies, procedures, and safety standards by staff within
the facility. Perform regular inspections of the premises to check
for physical and safety hazards and ensure all security equipment
is in good working order. Reasonable accommodation may be made to

Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the
employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles,
moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally
exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction sites.
The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
This position is performed inside and outside with uncontrolled
weather conditions. Physical Demands While performing the duties of
this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use
hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The
employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop,
kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift or move
up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close
vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth
perception and ability to adjust focus. Expected Hours of Work This
is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through
Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. May be assigned to work any shift.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties
demand. Travel No travel is expected for this position, except
between Stellar Energy facilities as needs arise. Required
Education and Experience High school diploma or GED Related
experience or training Familiar with prevailing software
applications, such as MS Office suite. Additional Eligibility
Qualifications Must have dependable transportation. Work
Authorization Must be authorized to work in USA. Other Duties
