Job Description:
WestRock, a leading global packaging company, is seeking a
skilled Electrician Maintenance to join our Engineering &
Maintenance team. This vital role is focused on maintaining and
improving our sophisticated manufacturing systems to ensure
operational efficiency, reliability, and alignment with our
commitment to sustainable packaging solutions. The successful
candidate will work in a dynamic environment, applying technical
skills to optimize our manufacturing processes, enhance system
performance, and support our vision of transforming how packaging
is done around the world. Conduct routine and emergency maintenance
of electrical systems and machinery to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
Follow National Electrical Code state and local building
regulations. Circuit breaker corrective maintenance. Installation
of new electrical components and equipment. Work closely with other
team members and departments to meet company objectives. Strong
understanding of electrical systems and wiring. Experience with
industrial electrical systems, including automation and high-power
machinery. Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints,
and other technical documents. Proficiency in using electrical
repair tools and equipment safely. Strong problem-solving skills
and attention to detail. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid electrician's license.
Preferably certification in Electrical Safety, NFPA 70E, Lock Out
Tag Out, or similar.
