What You Will Do You will be working as part of a team to define defense systems requirements, design architectures and algorithms in support of those requirements. Some specific responsibilities: Analyzing system performance data with respect to requirements Identifying performance deficiencies and proposing solutions Presenting plans, designs and system performance to peers and internal leadership Defining and updating concept of operations (CONOPS) Working in multidisciplinary teams in support of development of a missile defense system Apply Project Management principles, including action tracking, status reporting, task monitoring, and risk management. Facilitate professional meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, solving challenges and driving project progress. Maintain project plans, status updates, and action items, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications You Must Have Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree Experience in modeling, simulation, statistics, or analysis for engineering solutions Experience in System Integration & Test of hardware and software This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships). The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
