• VisionJob DetailsOnsite management of the building of new construction pools, managing 20-30 projects at a time in various stages of construction. Being onsite in order to be able to make decisive decisions and enact creative solutions to any issue. Maintaining communication and good relationships with all contractors and homeowners. Collaborating with homeowners on any changes they may want and keeping them informed on where we are and where we are going with the project. Read and scale blueprints in order to ensure all projects are built accurately. Adhere to and adjust budgets if necessary for project scope. Use various software to maintain and schedule and line of communication with office personnel.
