We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Manager. -Our brand promise delivers on 4 core principles:Integrity in Action: Be True, Be Responsive, Be AccountableSense of Urgency: Every Moment MattersRelentless Discipline: Rigor, Precision and Excellence in Every Single ActionResults Matter: Account to Customers, Employees & StakeholdersJoin our team of trusted security advisors and providers and help us create more secure smart home customers.Essential duties and responsibilities:Supervise and maintain responsibility for the recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and certification of a door-to-door Field Sales Team through collaboration with Human Resources and Learning and Development.Provide hands-on, day-to-day management, development and coaching of the Field Sales Team to achieve customer acquisition goals while consistently delivering a best-in-class customer experience.Anticipate and react quickly to trends and changes in team and individual performance.Ensure each Field Sales Team member understands our service value well and is able to use a repeatable process to create, manage, and convert sales opportunities into new customers.Partner and collaborate with the Field Service Team to ensure Sales Consultants and Service Technicians have strong working relationships built on providing the ultimate customer experience possible.Instill and maintain a thriving, successful culture based on accountability, competitive mindset, continuous learning and improvement, security expertise, and teamwork/collaboration.Determine and assign sales activities for events and territories.Distribute referral leads when received.Continually strive to improve the effectiveness of the Field Sales Organization.Communicate and educate the team through daily huddles, weekly trainings and monthly recap sessions designed to ensure cohesion amongst the team.Create and execute contests and morale initiatives to improve team performance to meet and exceed acquisition goals.Produce daily, weekly and monthly reporting metrics to evaluate progress and identify challenges to drive decision-making and performance coaching at a team and individual level.Use reporting tools to monitor, analyze, and manage metrics including prospecting activities, call/email activity, sales activities, conversion rates, sales pipeline, sales forecasting, individual quota performance and marketing campaigns to improve sales performance.Work with Marketing to create and implement both targeted and national campaigns to maximize sales opportunities in the local market.Work with Marketing to ensure a consistent message is delivered to customers which accurately reflects and takes advantage of all Marketing materials and initiatives.Perform all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance management tasks.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in hiring, onboarding, managing, coaching and leading a diverse, dynamic, high activity, door-to-door field sales team.Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding both individual and team sales goals.Proven ability to continually drive improved performance through hands-on, day-to-day management.Tech savvy and demonstrated ability to quickly assimilate specifications and applications of security and smart home technology.Ability to demonstrate successful sales activities in this hands-on position.Have the desire to try new strategies, driving ideas from concept to execution.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and or pulling; some climbing and balancing, kneeling, crouching and or crawling; and significant fine finger dexterity.Ability to successfully collaborate with other departments.Valid driver's license.Permanent Employee Registration Card Preferred.All candidates will undergo a criminal history background check through the Department of Justice and the FBI in order to obtain any applicable State/City regulated licenses or registrations.
