P OSITION SUMMARY:

• Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, provides direct patient care to patients as assigned.
• Maintains a safe and efficient working and treatment environment per facility policies and procedures.
• Communicates effectively with the treatment team to ensure safe, quality care is provided to all patients. EDUCATION:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Nursing Assistant preferred CERTIFICATIONS:
    • CPR - Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Card
    • CPI - Nonviolent Crisis Prevention Intervention
    • TB Test requiredE XPERIENCE:
      • One year acute adolescent psychiatric care experience
      • Experience and willingness to work with the geriatric population
      • CNA Preferred
