    • Associates Degree in Nursing required.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Experience:
      • 1 year of experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program required.
      • 2 years of recent ED experience highly preferred. Licenses and Certifications:
        • RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required and
        • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required and
        • ACLS - Advance Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of hire required and
        • CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training within 60 days of hire required and
        • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 days of hired required and
        • TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course within 6 months of hire required. Skills:
          • A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment. Position Responsibilities: Essential Functions:
