& Requirements - Specialty: Labor and Delivery - Discipline: RN -
Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights -
Employment Type: Travel Labor & Delivery Unit - Number of Beds: -
13 inpatient labor beds - 2 triage beds - 2 operating rooms (ORs) -
Number of Staff: 34 - Electronic Medical Record (EMR): - CPN -
Meditech Staffing Model - Night Shift: - 1 Clinical Nurse
Coordinator (CNC) - 1 Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - 3–5
Registered Nurses (census dependent) - Patient-to-Nurse Ratio: -
Typically 1:2 or 1:1, depending on acuity and patient volume Unit
Equipment - GE Electronic Fetal Monitors (EFMs) Typical Procedures
Performed - Inductions of labor - Cesarean sections - TOLAC (Trial
of Labor After Cesarean) Typical Hiring Profile Must-Have
Qualifications Candidates must meet the following criteria to be
considered: - Minimum of 2 years recent Labor & Delivery experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications Preferred
Qualifications Candidates with the following will be prioritized: -
Scrub capabilities - Prior charge nurse experience Ideal
Personality Fit - Upbeat, energetic, and positive attitude - Strong
team player with adaptability Floating Requirements - None HC HC
