Job Description This role requires 2yr true, recent
Med/Surg/Tele RN experience. *Hours: Three 12hr (7p-7a) shifts per
week with rotating weekends. /n /n /n Baylor Scott and White

Registered Nurse, will oversee patient care provided by the
healthcare team using a professional practice model. Your
responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health
issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses. /n
What You'll Do /n /n - You, as an RN, will conduct detailed
clinical assessments, prioritize patient and family needs, create,
implement, and evaluate care plans. Adjust plans to reach desired
outcomes. /n - Building relationships, managing discomfort, staying
professional are vital in therapeutic connections with patients and
families. /n - Creating care plans reflecting values aids in
resolving issues. /n - You will help educate patients, families,
nurses, and community members to empower them with knowledge for
better healthcare choices. Assess and document learning needs
regularly. /n - Work with colleagues and community to create a care
plan. Delegate tasks carefully and follow up promptly. /n - You'll
use different strategies for problem-solving with patients,
families, and staff. Recognize limitations and prioritize safety,
effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care planning and

patient care standards, as well as procedures. /n - Know nursing

and their side effects. /n - Respect for medical and professional
nursing ethics and patient privacy rights. /n - Exceptional

we serve. /n RN Experience: At least two years in Med/Surg/Tele. /n
Must have recent hospital inpatient experience. Outdated
Med/Surg/Tele RN experience or experience in LTAC, Rehab,
Hospice/Palliative, Home Health, SNF, etc., will not be considered.
/n Education: BSN or higher /n License/Certification: /n o RN-
Registered Nurse /n o BLS- Basic Life Support (required within 30
days of hire)
