per visit. Rates above are based on estimated annual compensation*
Schedule: Full Time: M-F, 8-5 Offer Based on Years of Experience

accredited school of Occupational Therapy Required Certifications
and Licensures: Valid license, registration, certification or
permit to practice in the states of agency operation Must be a
licensed driver who can travel to all business locations Must
possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a
