Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Preferred 12 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience. • 3 months of experience with Epic is required from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required after submission). • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu vaccination required for submission. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, Impella insertion, Interventional Catheterizations, Left heart catheterization, Pacemaker/Defibrillator lead extraction/removal, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Right heart catheterization, Transesophageal Echocardiogram (TEE), Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Baseline Measurements, Cardioversion, Pacemaker Insertion, Antiarrhythmics, Antihypertensives, Emergency Medications, IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Reversal agents, Thrombolytics, Assist with Central Line Insertion/management, Blood Product Administration, Starting and maintaining IVs, Implanted Ports - Care and Maintenance, IV infusion pumps, PICC Lines - Care and Maintenance, End-Tidal CO2 monitoring, External Compression Devices (C-Clamp, Sandbags), Infection Prevention, Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Malignant Hyperthermia Protocol, Monitoring Procedural Sedation, Pressure Ulcer Assessment/Prevention, Sheath Removal/Monitoring, Topical Hemostasis (D-Stat, Chito-Seal, Syvek Patch), Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose), Activated Clotting Time (ACT), Radiation and Laser Safety, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Hypothermia protocol, Circulate Procedures, Laser-assisted procedure.
