seeking a skilled Ultrasound Tech for a 0 week travel assignment in

Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program/n/t - One
year of recent experience as an Echo Cardiovascular
Technologist/n/t - Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)/n/t - Valid
Ultrasound license in compliance with state regulations/n
/n/nPreferred Qualifications:/n/n /n/t - Current Registered
Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Certification (ARDMS)/n/t - Current
ARRT Certification in Sonography/n/t - Current Credential from
Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)/n/t - Additional
certifications may be required depending on specialty/n
/n/nSummary:/n/n The Cardiac Sonographer provides specialized
diagnostic care by performing echocardiography to assess cardiac
structure and function. Working independently in diverse clinical
settings, the technologist ensures high-quality imaging, accurate
data collection, and patient safety. This role involves patient
education on the echocardiography process and active collaboration
with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to support accurate
medical diagnoses. /n/nEssential Work Functions:/n/n /n/t -
Demonstrate expertise in cardiac echocardiography, including the
use of Doppler and 3-D imaging techniques/n/t - Maintain strong
proficiency in operating echocardiography equipment and applying
advanced imaging techniques specific to cardiac assessments/n/t -
Review patient history and verify orders to ensure appropriate
examinations are conducted/n/t - Educate patients and/or family
members about the echocardiography procedures addressing questions
if they arise/n/t - Identify, correct, and document imaging
artifacts using echo-specific methods to ensure diagnostic
quality/n/t - Maintains accurate patient records and documentation
in compliance with institutional policies and regulatory
standards/n/t - Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary
healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes/n/t - Adhere to
infection control protocols and maintain a safe work
environment/n/t - Work efficiently in fast-paced and potentially
stressful environments, maintaining composure and
professionalism/n/t - Follow directions from supervisors and comply
with facility policies, procedures, and standards/n/t - Perform
other duties as assigned within the scope of practice for Cardiac
Sonographer/n /n/nRequired Essential Skills:/n/n /n/t - Critical
thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication
skills/n/t - The ability to read, write, & communicate in the
English language is required/n/t - Ability to read/comprehend
written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency
in PC skills/n/t - Physical Abilities - Remain in a stationary
position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling,
bending/n/t - Interpersonal Skills - To work effectively with a
variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a
positive attitude and professionalism/n/t - Technical/Motor Skills
- Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able to
move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department
equipment./n/t - Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with
frequent contact with the general public, customers, and meeting
deadlines under pressure. Must be able to work under close
supervision occasionally as well as working without assistance from
other personnel. Must be able to contend with irregular activity
schedules occasionally and continuous concentration to detail/n/t -
Sensory - Visual acuity, ability to effectively communicate./n
