This role is critical in administering respiratory therapy treatments and aiding in the diagnosis of cardiopulmonary disorders, ensuring optimal patient outcomes aligned with our mission to improve human life. Administer respiratory therapy treatments and manage patient care plans. Evaluate and monitor patient's respiratory status and progress. Maintain patient records and communicate with healthcare teams. Operate and troubleshoot respiratory care equipment. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and respiratory care procedures. Proficient in respiratory care protocols. Strong diagnostic and patient management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Effective communication and team collaboration skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential required. BLS/ACLS Certification.
