In this role, you'll support newborns with respiratory care challenges, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and following the latest treatment protocols. Your expertise will contribute to healing and support for families during these critical times. Provide respiratory therapy and conduct assessments on neonatal patients. Develop patient care plans and implement interventions based on assessments. Operate and monitor NICU respiratory care equipment. Educate and support parents and families on neonatal care. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Expertise in neonatal respiratory care techniques and equipment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Respiratory Therapist License Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential preferred Neonatal/Pediatric Specialist (NPS) certification is advantageous
