We are looking for a Director of HR Data Operations to join our global team. The ideal candidate for this new position will be responsible for the data architecture, governance and quality, administration, and reporting for all HR technologies.This role will ensure the support of HR applications that are aligned to the business and IT strategy.Reporting to the VP of Experience Delivery, this role will build and lead a small, diverse, and inclusive team of high performing individuals to optimize business outcomes while taking a broad, global view to approaching solutions for HR Data Operations for effective data governance that optimizes business performance while aligning to data privacy and regulatory compliance requirements.You will collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry and enjoy a competitive package, extraordinary benefits, and a creative and diverse work environment.ResponsibilitiesData Architecture and Governance

  • Utilizing business acumen to develop an understanding of the analytical data environment: Understand industry best practices to develop, educate and implement a data governance approach
  • Data Governance and Quality: With a focus on data quality, implement a data governance philosophy and strategy that includes privacy standards through improvement in standards, principles, governance metrics, and data architecture
  • Work Collaboratively with Stakeholders: Manage data governance access, and operational compliance. Solicits stakeholder input to define comprehensive improvement plans that are consistent and drive standardization across regionsData Administration and Reporting
    • Data Integrity: Responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and system security of data across all HR platforms while facilitating the adoption of data integrity practices across HR
    • Data Access: Define roles and responsibilities related to data governance and access to ensure clear accountability
    • Dashboards: Designs and generates queries, reports and dashboards. Define key performance indicators and metrics for data quality reporting. Facilitates monthly reviews of performance and status for HR Leadership on applicable privacy, governance, and administration of data
    • HR Technology Strategy Support: Support the HR Technology Strategy through effective delivery, and standardization where applicable, for reporting, budget and resource management, privacy and policy executionQualificationsKnowledge and Experience
      • 10+ years' global experience
      • B.S., M.S. in Computer Science, Statistics, Information systems or related area
      • Proven background in a management role, with change or transformation leadership experience
      • 8 years of Data management and analysis
      • 5 years of Management of process reengineering
      • 5 years of Project leadership and management (or equivalent)
      • 3 years of Team management or leadership
      • 3 years of Technology support or project implementation experience highly desirableSkills and Attributes
        • Passion for data cleanliness, integrity of data privacy and process excellence
        • A proven track record of building and leveraging strong cross-functional relationships with other cultures and diverse teams to influence and align others
        • Demonstrates ability to lead through ambiguity, learns from experiences and recovers quickly and moves forward while guiding the time forward
        • Strong ability to display domain expertise and competence while also staying current on industry trends and best practices to bring those best practices and exhibit thought leadership to the team and strategy
        • Championing bold ideas and making courageous decisions to drive meaningful results
