Collaborate with clients: Understand their unique hiring needs,
organizational culture, and goals.Source and engage candidates:
Leverage cold-calling and your professional network to find top
talent.Sell opportunities: Present roles to candidates and
candidates to clients, highlighting the value for both sides.Close
the deal: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial
outreach to offer negotiation and placement.Drive results: Meet and
exceed placement goals while fostering lasting relationships with
both candidates and clients. What We’re Looking For: We want
dynamic, motivated sales-minded professionals who are ready to
thrive in a competitive and rewarding environment: Proven
experience in agency recruiting with a focus on direct hire
placements OR prior sales experience in a professional services
environment with President's Club & Sales Accomplishments.A
sales-driven mindset with exceptional communication and persuasion
skills.The ability to build trusting relationships with clients and
candidates alike.Experience managing multiple roles and clients
while maintaining a focus on results.Comfort in leveraging
technology tools, such as ATS and CRM systems. Resourceful and
