Job Title: Web Designer/UX Front End Designer

General Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Web Designer/UX Front End Designer to lead the strategy and execution of website design, user experience (UX), and email marketing initiatives. This role combines creative design with technical implementation, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey across all digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in proprietary platforms, adhering to brand guidelines, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive business outcomes. Prior experience in eCommerce, Fintech, or similarly dynamic environments is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new coded emails within Salesforce, using HTML and CSS to deliver visually engaging, responsive designs.


Design website and email mock-ups using Figma, leveraging component libraries and design systems to ensure consistency, accessibility (ADA compliance), and efficiency.


Champion user-centric design across web, email, and marketing touchpoints, working closely with content marketing, product management, and development teams to align design and business goals.


Lead and direct external partners (e.g., design agencies), providing clear, actionable feedback to align deliverables with brand standards and project objectives.


Partner effectively with development and engineering teams, providing precise specifications and guidance to ensure smooth handoffs from design to production.


Own and manage the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) process, applying data-driven insights, A/B testing, and UX best practices to drive significant improvements in landing page and application funnel performance.


Proactively identify workflow inefficiencies, collaborate across teams, and implement streamlined processes to optimize output and quality.


Establish and manage an intake and prioritization process for design and marketing requests, ensuring clear communication of decisions and rationale.



Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Web Designer/UX Front End in dynamic, fast-paced environments.


Proficiency in Figma, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Suite.


Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.


Experience designing in compliance with ADA standards.


Familiarity with WordPress and generative AI design tools is a plus.


Bachelor's degree in advertising, design, or a related field preferred.

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to navigate cross-functional relationships effectively.


High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects, scope creep, and evolving requirements.


Experience managing ambiguous requirements and delivering on mandates from compliance teams.
