Job Description Job Description Senior Application Engineer Plano, TX - onsite 5x a week Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 DOE plus annual bonus Direct Hire: Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without assistance Benefits: Health, Medical, 401K, PTO, and other perks We are working with our client that is hiring a Sr. Applications Engineer to support and optimize critical banking systems including core banking, digital banking, and account origination platforms. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who thrives in complex banking environments and enjoys being deeply involved in application administration, integrations, and troubleshooting. What You’ll Do: – Administer and support core banking and digital banking applications – Execute system patching, upgrades, and maintenance – Manage integrations, APIs, and data feeds across platforms – Provide Tier 2/3 support and lead root cause analysis – Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure system stability – Support high-availability customer-facing banking services What We’re Looking For: – Senior-level application engineering or systems administration experience – Banking domain expertise (core banking, deposits, payments, lending, or digital banking) – Hands-on technical skills (not a PowerPoint role) – Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills APPLY NOW
