partnering with a fast?growing healthcare technology organization
to identify a Senior Data Engineer. This position plays a key role
in developing and optimizing large?scale data pipelines that
support financial operations, analytics, and revenue integrity. The
ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of hands?on engineering
skills, technical leadership, and the ability to modernize legacy
systems as the company continues to scale. The Senior Data Engineer
will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, domain
experts, and cross?functional teams to ensure data flows are
reliable, governed, and aligned with business needs. This role will
influence long?term architecture, strengthen data quality
frameworks, and support strategic initiatives impacting
enterprise?level reporting and insights. Required: 5 years of
experience building and maintaining production?grade data pipelines
in complex or regulated settings. Advanced SQL expertise, including
development of tables, views, stored procedures, and complex query
structures. Deep experience working within Snowflake, including
performance optimization and data modeling. Proficiency with DBT
for transformation, testing, and documentation workflows. Hands?on
work with Azure DevOps/Repos or similar tools for version control
and CI/CD. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem?solving
abilities with a proven ability to deliver results under tight
timelines. Ability to interpret multifaceted healthcare or
financial datasets and translate them into meaningful outputs.
Effective communication skills and a track record of collaborating
across departments to meet deadlines and support business
objectives. Preferred: Background in healthcare revenue cycle,
claims, arbitration, or other regulated data environments.
Snowflake certifications (SnowPro Core or Advanced tracks).
Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for
dashboarding or data visualization. Experience with orchestration
platforms like Airflow or Dagster. Prior involvement in mentoring
team members and assisting with modernization initiatives or
