us! Job Description: This job is responsible for planning and
coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables
which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key
responsibilities include communicating work objectives,
coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams,
providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the
deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to
standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the
client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality,
timeline, and cost. This is a Delivery Lead position in Bank of
America’s Erica, Chat, and Voice Technology organization. The
Delivery Lead is responsible for technology deliverables and
integration points. They must be strong at anticipating and quickly
resolving technology challenges in advance and are accountable for
resolving blockers for the agile team (as a key partner in the
planning and sprint process), by actively leading triages. They
will coordinate and onboard all technical partners and serves as
stand-in Change Manager, when needed, and effectively understand
the feature costs by owning dispatch process to maintain accurate
estimates. The Delivery Leads are accountable for execution and
integration with all enterprise standards for project delivery.
Proven experience working in Agile environments managing
cross-functional teams and large-scale programs. Excellent
communication, facilitation, and influencing skills across
technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with
architecture-driven development and enterprise-scale digital
ecosystems with backend dependencies is highly desirable.
Responsibilities: Leads and coordinates routines to support
delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder
meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.) Manages
coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to
support the deliverable completion and timeline Provides status
updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership
pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule Works with
sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with
deliverable requirements Supports resource planning for delivery
and execution Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management
standards Required Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years’ experience
in a technical project management role in agile environment.
Ability to effectively manage project delivery and collaborate with
various technology partners and agile teams. Experience in working
on multiple projects at the same time. Good time management skills:
ability to set priorities, adapt to team needs and meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the
organization. Previous success working in a dynamic environment
with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Fluent in
technology and strong knowledge of project and software development
methodologies / techniques. Solid presentation, facilitation,
interview, and workshop skills. Strong interpersonal, negotiation,
adaptation, and conflict-management skills. Intermediate Excel
skills. Desired Qualifications: Strong understanding of digital
platforms, conversational AI, and intelligence virtual assistant
technologies preferred. Good knowledge on Agile Lean Software
Delivery Life Cycle and/or iterative development life cycles.
