Job Description Job Description Job Title: Picker for the Warehouse POSITION SUMMARY: Come join a winning team! We are seeking a Warehouse Helper to join our Team. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS: Medical, Dental, Vision offered after 90 days Life insurance offered at no cost Vacation, sick, holiday pay 401k ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 80% loading and unloading product – lifting between 10 and 50 pounds at a time 5% Inventory control 15% drive a forklift and pallet jack ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Break down and build orders Load and unload product form and to trucks Able to drive forklift and electric stand up pallet jack Must learn to use scanner gun and program (wizard) Drive to different location to deliver product Conduct inventories to drivers on a weekly basis both physically and electronically. Core Competencies: Flexibility Communication skills Integrity Organization skills ?WORK ENVIRONMENT: Ability to follow OSHA standards of safety and guidelines to ensure compliance Must be comfortable in a warehouse environment/exposure to heat, cold and loud noise Ability to start work at 4:00am; ability work overtime on some days, PHYSICAL DEMANDS Constantly lifting 10-50lbs at a time Education and experience: Previous knowledge of Safety and GMP’s Previous experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment Interested candidates please submit resume!
