Job Description Job Description Regal Staffing Services now hiring a Assembler in the Dallas, 75247 area. Shift : 1st shift 6am-2:45pm Monday- Friday (w/ Daily or Sat OT as needed) Pay Rate : $20.80/hr Responsibilities : Assembling small components as well as large assembly projects Brazing, welding Clean parts Inspect parts to print to verify assembly Keep work area clean and free of hazards. Maintaining acceptable production rate while not sacrificing quality of work. Meeting customer and company quality standards. Minimizing rework and scrap. Must provide support to other departments on an as needed basis. Requirements : Mus have a High School Diploma or Equivalent, must present it upon application process Minimum of 1 year of assembly experience Ability to speak, read and write in English Demonstrate the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic understanding of electrical components. Familiar with basic measuring tools (Calipers) Able to read and interpret detailed wiring diagrams, and drawings. Must demonstrate proficiency in the use of basic shop tools. Good eye hand coordination and manual dexterity skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Computer proficient. Ability to work independently. Pushing/Pulling/Lifting/Carrying up to 50 pounds without assistance Physical ability to squat, twist, turn, bend, stoop, climb, and reach overhead.
