Job Details:

Full time positions available
Variety of shifts between 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. CST, Monday - Friday ( 40 hours per week )
Initial 6 weeks of training will be REQUIRED to work ONSITE in our Frisco, Texas, Contact Center, located at 6435 Flyers Way, Frisco, TX 75033
After training is completed, you'll be able to work Remote from home
Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with opportunities for increases after successful completion of required training
Ability to earn more if you have bi-lingual, Spanish skillset (must meet testing requirements)
Work directly with customers through inbound phone calls
10 paid holidays each calendar year
19 days of paid time off accrued during each calendar year
Benefits eligibility on the first of the month after 60 days of employment
401K eligibility on the first of the month after 3 months of employment

Primary Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer service calls in a friendly, professional manner, providing accurate and prompt responses to customer inquiries
Provide issue resolution with proper escalation of calls as needed
Able to manage 40-60+ inbound customer service calls per day

Skills:

Professional, helpful phone manner with the ability to build strong customer relationships is vital for success
Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player
Ability to provide high value and quality customer service principles
Attention to detail and high-quality focus required
Previous call center experience is preferred, but not required

Education / Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' experience working with MS Office Suite
Exceptional customer service experience

Requirements:

Able to pass a drug screen and background check
Must have a distraction free, uninterrupted and secure work area
Initial 6 weeks on site training in Frisco, Texas, then work remote from home
Must be available for continuous upskill training classes every 4-8 weeks
Knowledge of computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications.
While working remotely, must live in a location that can receive high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
Required to use a wired headset
