• Residential Subdivisions from Land Acquisition to Finished Lots
• Municipal Roadway, Drainage, and Planning projectsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering plus:
  • Professional engineering registration in TX
  • 6+ years of industry experience
  • Project management experience including plans production and management of the following tasks:Experience with entitlements such as Platting, Zoning, and Municipal PermittingExperience with Site Planning and Development Master PlanningSoftware including AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS.Grading and Drainage DesignStreet and Alley DesignSite DesignWater and Wastewater DesignHydrology and Hydraulics Analysis and DesignSWP3sGeneral Civil DesignConstruction ManagementExcellent written and oral communication skills to interact effectively with clients, staff, municipal authorities, vendors, and contractorsInterested in hearing more?
