Our residential landscape installation and construction company is looking for an experienced construction superintendent to help manage our projects. As a Landscape Construction Superintendent, your role will involve managing a team of skilled workers, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.

Responsibilities:
--- Understand, abide by, and enforce company policies and procedures.
--- Dispatch and assign tasks to crews. Work to maximize efficiency and productivity. Provide training and constructive feedback.
--- Track and account for materials taken for jobs.
--- Visit job sites and layout sites from the landscape plan. Read, and implement construction details. Oversee quality of work and adherence to plans. Recommend modifications based on field conditions.
--- Track punch lists to ensure all tasks are completed.
--- Monitor time and materials to adhere to budgets and deadlines. Build and maintain job files
--- Deliver materials and tools to crews on job sites. Ensure all material that is needed for the job is loaded on the truck before leaving the facility each day.
--- Develop new techniques and practice methods to improve production and meet project goals.
--- Demonstrate the ability to run large projects including subcontractor coordination with limited assistance.
--- Demonstrate the ability to give various options when field adjustments are needed.
--- Perform all tasks with limited supervision.
--- Have the ability to safely operate landscape-related equipment, both large and small, and rental equipment.
--- Be responsible for the correct tool selection, supplies, and machinery on the job.
--- Depict and maintain a professional approach depicting politeness, proper etiquette, and style.
--- Accept final responsibility for quality.

Qualifications:
--- A minimum of 3-5 years of landscape industry experience is required.
--- Working knowledge of plant materials, planting techniques, and construction techniques.
--- Bilingual preferable (English/Spanish)
--- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
--- In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment used in landscape construction.
--- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
