You will also get the valuable workforce tool of networking with professionals in your field, references and future job opportunities!What we are looking for:Availability: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM and/or Saturday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. We are hiring for Part-Time and Full-Time Positions for the SummerConducts 1:1 and small group contact time with the childEngages the child with cooperation, collaboration and teamworkCompletes all data collection, daily logs and graphing requirements for each session including objective and constructive notesParticipates in approved parent and related professional observations and offers appropriate feedback and trainingParticipates in and completes mandatory training for clinical requirementsAttends regularly scheduled team meetingsEnsures safety of children and own personal safety by following health & safety protocolsModels, trains and coaches newly hired Behavior Trainers as directed by LeadershipAssists in evaluating training needs as requested by LeadershipWhat you will bring:Must be 18 years or olderHigh School Diploma or GED - requiredA desire to work with children with special needs and learn about the ABA fieldPreferred (not required):Bachelor's Degree and/or RBT CertificationCPR or BLS certification - a plus!Experience in medical/behavioral/mental health/therapy related organization
