the region. As we expand our business, we're seeking a dynamic and
results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our growing team. Become a
Sales Leader in the Home Improvement Industry: In this exciting
hybrid role, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth while
fostering a thriving sales team. You'll split your time between
managing the sales team (hiring, training, coaching) and actively
selling our products to generate revenue. Key Responsibilities:
Build and lead a high-performance team of 4-6 residential sales
representatives through recruitment, training, and ongoing
coaching. Set clear sales goals for individuals and the team,
monitor performance, and provide strategic guidance to maximize
success. Conduct engaging weekly sales meetings to review progress,
share updates, and address challenges. Collaborate with the
Marketing Manager to develop and implement winning sales strategies
to capture market share and achieve revenue targets. Cultivate
strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, becoming a
trusted advisor in the home improvement process. Leverage our CRM
software (JobNimbus & Company Cam) to track sales activities,
manage leads, and generate insightful reports. (We provide
comprehensive training) Qualifications: Proven track record of
success in sales, ideally within the roofing, siding, or window
industry. Dealbreaker: must have significant roofing experience
Prior management or leadership experience, with a demonstrably
effective approach to motivating and inspiring teams. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport
with clients and colleagues. A results-driven mentality with a
passion for exceeding sales goals. Strong organizational and time
management skills, adept at prioritizing tasks effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite. We provide JobNimbus-specific training. Valid driver's
license, reliable transportation (truck allowance provided).
Ability to safely climb a ladder and access a roof (fear of heights
