Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial-minded Ecommerce Inside Sales Specialist to spearhead our online sales initiatives and drive growth across the USA market.Responsibilities:Act as a key point of contact for Americas customers, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer support.Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to generate leads.Identify and qualify potential customers through proactive outreach.Manage and grow business via existing accounts.Collaborate with marketing to follow up on leads generated from various campaigns.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.Understand customer needs, challenges, and objectives.Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and conversions.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer interactions. Requirements:Bachelor's degree a plus.Proven experience of 3-4 years in Inside sales, preferably a part of it in selling via E-CommerceExcellent customer service.Detail Oriented and good time management.Excellent communication skills verbal and written.Entrepreneurial mindset with a go-getter attitude, constantly seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and emerging technologies.Target-driven and proactive approach to meet and exceed performance objectives.Previous experience in Shopify a plus.Able to commute to the office and work on a team environment.
