Sell from two Award Winning New Car Franchises Mathews Nissan of Paris & Mathews Honda of Paris About the Dealerships Located on Loop 286 in Paris, TX 75460 , Mathews Auto Group is one of the region’s premier volume centers with over 300 vehicles in stock , offering both new and quality pre?owned options in a zero?pressure sales environment. The dealerships have earned multiple Awards and is deeply invested in community sponsorships and local causes throughout Lamar County. Position Overview: Sales Consultant Engage customers in a friendly, informative manner to promote new and certified pre?owned models. Maintain showroom presentation, guide test drives, handle trade?ins, and actively contribute to closing sales. Collaborate with team members to meet both individual and dealership volume targets. ? What We’re Looking For Self-motivated individuals with a commitment to provide the highest level of customer service. Automotive or retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory. Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screen are required. Compensation & Benefits Work schedule : Five-day work week, no Sundays , plus paid holidays and vacation time. Pay structure : $3000 base pay along w/ commissions with several volume bonus levels. Customer service: Monthly bonuses based on customer service scores Benefits : Medical, Dental,Vision and Life insurance and being able to sell from both franchises, what an advantage!
