Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
software solutions, is seeking an SDR Team Lead for its Sales &
Business Development department within the Financial Services
industry. As an SDR Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in
spearheading a team of Sales Development Representatives to drive
revenue growth and expand Global Payments’ market presence. Your
leadership will foster a collaborative and dynamic work

Key responsibilities include directing a high-performing team to
achieve sales targets, developing and implementing effective sales
strategies, and actively participating in global projects. You will
focus on leveraging your expertise to mentor team members, analyze
sales metrics, and optimize the efficiency of outreach efforts. The
ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a
related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in sales or
business development, preferably within the FinTech sector. Proven
leadership skills and the ability to manage a sales team
effectively are essential. Certification in sales management will
