of Operations Location: Project Sites & Office Purpose of the Role
The QA/QC Technician ensures that all installed electrical work
meets project specifications, industry standards, and company
quality expectations. This role also verifies material deliveries,
confirms completeness of shipped/received Bills of Material (BOMs),
and documents all inspection results. Primary Responsibilities
Installation Verification Inspect installed electrical work for
accuracy, quality, and compliance with drawings, specifications,
NEC, and client requirements. Document deficiencies and track
corrective actions until resolved. Support field teams with
guidance on quality-related issues. Material Receiving & BOM
Verification Receive and inspect shipments against purchase orders
and project BOMs. Document shortages, damages, or discrepancies
immediately. Confirm materials are labeled, stored, and staged for
installation. Documentation & Reporting Maintain inspection logs,
checklists, and QA/QC records for each project. Provide reports to
Project Managers and Operations leadership on progress and issues.
Ensure traceability of QA/QC documentation for project closeout.
Collaboration & Communication Work closely with Project Managers,
Foremen, and Purchasing/Logistics to resolve QA/QC issues. Escalate
recurring or critical issues to Operations leadership. Participate
in project closeout reviews and lessons-learned sessions.

(Minimum Requirements) Experience in electrical construction or
inspection (preferred). Knowledge of NEC and standard construction
practices. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and
specifications. Strong organizational and communication skills.
