Job Description:
Aveanna Healthcare, a leading provider of home healthcare
services, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for Part-Time
Night shifts in a low-acuity, in-home care setting. As an RN with
Aveanna, you will provide personalized care to patients in the
comfort of their homes, ensuring their health needs are met with
compassion. This role involves patient assessment, coordination
with healthcare professionals, clinical documentation, medication
administration, and educating patients and their families on
managing health conditions. You will work in a supportive and
compassionate environment that values teamwork, respect, and
integrity. Successful candidates will have strong clinical skills,
empathy, and a desire to make a positive impact on patients’ lives.
Ideal candidates have an Associate's Degree in Nursing, a valid RN
license, CPR certification, and experience in home healthcare is
preferred. Provide personalized nursing care to low-acuity patients
in their homes during night shifts. Coordinate with healthcare
professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Document
patient progress and update treatment plans as necessary. Educate
patients and families on managing conditions and medications.
